اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ

Allahumma qinee AAathabaka yawma tabAAathu AAibadak.
Meaning
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected.
